  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk whole or 2%
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon optional
  • 1 cup powdered sugar for dusting

Method
