Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Shortbread Biscuits
  • 200 g Dark Chocolate broken into pieces
  • 100 g Milk Chocolate broken into pieces
  • 100 g Butter
  • 150 g Golden Syrup
  • 2 teaspoon Cocoa Powder
  • 75 g Dried Cranberries
  • 100 g White Chocolate Chips
  • 200 g Milk Chocolate for topping
  • ¼ teaspoon Vegetable Oil to thin the chocolate
  • 4 tablespoon Christmas Sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Melt the dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and butter together in a bowl over hot water.
  2. Stir in the golden syrup and cocoa powder until combined.
  3. Crush the shortbread biscuits and add them to the mixture, along with the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  4. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray and spread evenly.
  6. Melt the remaining milk chocolate with the vegetable oil and pour it over the top to create a smooth layer.
  7. Sprinkle with Christmas sprinkles.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  9. Once set, cut into 16 slices.
