Ingredients
  

Rice
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice rinsed and drained
Liquid
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Herbs
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped

Method
 

Cooking the Rice
  1. Add the rinsed rice, water, lime juice, salt, and olive oil to the Instant Pot.
  2. Close the lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
  3. Once the cooking time is complete, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  4. Fluff the rice with a fork and stir in the chopped cilantro.
