Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 2 medium tomatoes chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber sliced
  • 1 medium red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup green bell pepper sliced
Other Ingredients
  • 1 cup kalamata olives pitted
  • 200 grams feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano Greek preferred
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumber, red onion, and green bell pepper.
  2. Add the kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  5. Serve immediately or let it sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
