Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper
  • 0.25 cup cowboy butter, divided
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream
  • 0.25 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon juice

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and season with paprika, garlic salt, kosher salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to medium, and add 0.25 cup cowboy butter, heavy cream, garlic salt, crushed red pepper flakes, and lemon juice. Stir to combine and cook for 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens.
  4. Toss the cooked linguine in the skillet with the chicken and sauce. Mix well to combine.
  5. Serve garnished with lemon slices and chopped parsley.
