  • 1 cup green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup green onions
Sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with water
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
Nuts
  • 1 cup unsalted roasted peanuts

Cooking Steps
  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Dice the red and green bell peppers.
  3. Slice the green onions.
  4. In a crockpot, combine chicken, bell peppers, peanuts, and green onions.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, cornstarch mixed with water, sesame oil, and sriracha.
  6. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetable mixture in the crockpot.
  7. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  8. Cover and cook on low for 240 minutes (4 hours).
