Method
- Cut the pork shoulder into large chunks.
- In a bowl, combine cumin, oregano, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture over the pork shoulder pieces.
- Place the chopped onion and minced garlic in the crockpot.
- Add the seasoned pork on top of the onion and garlic.
- Squeeze the juice from the orange and lime over the pork.
- Pour the chicken broth into the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours (480 minutes) or until the pork is tender.
- Once cooked, shred the pork with two forks and mix with the juices.
