  • 1 cup chicken breast sliced
  • 1 cup shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli cut into small florets
  • 1 cup basil leaves fresh
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil for cooking
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced chicken breast and shrimp, and cook until fully cooked.
  5. Add bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli; stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
  6. Stir in the soaked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and chili paste.
  7. Add basil leaves and mix well; cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
