  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • 2 cups red enchilada sauce
  • 8 pieces corn tortillas

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven according to the enchilada sauce instructions if necessary.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.

  4. Stir in the cumin and chili powder, mixing well.
