  • 1 cup half & half (236ml)
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup (30ml)
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar (28g)
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract (10ml)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (5g)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon salt (5g)
Topping
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar, packed (56g)
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (for topping)

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven.
  2. Prepare the brioche bread by slicing or cubing it.

  4. Combine the bread with the egg mixture, ensuring all pieces are well coated.
