Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Rinse the quinoa and brown rice.
  2. Dice the chicken breast and cook in olive oil until fully cooked.
  3. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
  4. Hard-boil the eggs and then slice.
  5. Chop the bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots.
  6. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients: quinoa, rice, chicken, chickpeas, hard-boiled eggs, spinach, bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Toss everything together until well mixed.
  8. Serve warm or store in meal prep containers.
