Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain, unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound chicken breasts boneless, skinless

Method
 

Marinate the Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
