Preparation
- Mix together Corn Starch and cold water in a mixing bowl.
- Add Soy Sauce, Hot Sauce, Minced Garlic, Honey, Ground Ginger, Sesame Seeds, Corn Starch, and Water to the bowl and mix everything together.
- Trim the fat off and cut Chicken into pieces.
- In a bowl, combine chopped Chicken, Corn Starch, Salt, and Black Pepper. Mix until all Chicken is coated.
Cooking
- Heat Sesame Oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the Chicken mixture to the pan and cook for a couple of minutes until browned/crisped up.
- Flip the Chicken over and cook for an additional couple of minutes.
- Pour in the Sauce and simmer on low heat for a few minutes or until the Sauce thickens.
