Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless chicken breasts skinless
Marinade
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Mix well.
Marinate the Chicken
  1. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade, letting excess drip off, and place in the skillet.
  2. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice glaze.
Serve
  1. Remove chicken from skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice and serve garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes
