Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 oz fettuccine or any pasta of choice
Lobster Bisque Sauce
  • 2 cups lobster bisque store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp butter for sautéing
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
Lobster
  • 1 lb lobster meat cooked and chopped
Garnish
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp chives chopped

Method
 

Cook the Pasta
  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the minced garlic and thyme, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the lobster bisque and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Combine and Serve
  1. Add the cooked lobster meat to the sauce, stirring gently to heat through.
  2. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley and chives.
