- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the bundt pan.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, oil, and sugar.

- Fold in chocolate chips if desired.

- For the frosting, beat together softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and kosher salt; mix until fluffy.
- Frost the cooled bundt cakes.
