Ingredients
  

Pizza Base
  • 2 tablespoons corn meal
  • 1 lb pizza dough divided into two balls
Toppings
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 2 cups fresh arugula

Method
 

Pizza Preparation
  1. Sprinkle cornmeal on a pizza stone or pan. Roll out pizza dough into two 9-inch pizzas. Allow to rest for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Spread pizza sauce over dough. Optionally fold the edges for crust. Bake for 6 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  4. Scoop dollops of ricotta cheese onto the pizza until desired cheesiness is achieved.
  5. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until crust is crispy.
  6. Top with arugula, drizzle hot honey over the greens, and sprinkle with chili flakes. Slice and serve hot.

Notes
