Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 1 lb bok choy washed and chopped
  • 2 medium carrots peeled and julienned
  • 1 medium red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper sliced
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for sautéing
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce optional
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil for flavor
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the carrots and bell peppers to the skillet, sauté for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  4. Add the bok choy and continue to sauté for another 3-4 minutes until wilted.
  5. Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil, season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir well.
  6. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
