Ingredients
  

Burger Patties
  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20) Formed into balls
Burger Toppings
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese Optional
  • 4 buns burger buns Toasted
  • 1 cup lettuce Shredded
  • 1 medium tomato Sliced
  • 1/2 cup pickles Sliced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup Optional
  • 1/4 cup mustard Optional
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Griddle
  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes.
Form the Patties
  1. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and roll them into balls.
Cook the Burgers
  1. Place the beef balls on the griddle and smash them down with a spatula to form patties.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned, then flip and add cheese if desired.
  4. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Assemble the Burgers
  1. Toast the burger buns on the griddle for about 1 minute.
  2. Layer the lettuce, tomato, pickles, and the cooked patties on the buns.
  3. Add ketchup and mustard if desired, then top with the other half of the bun.
Serve
  1. Serve the burgers hot with your favorite sides.
