  • 4 medium ripe tomatoes sliced
  • 2 medium ripe peaches sliced
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese torn into pieces
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves torn
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil for drizzling
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic reduction for drizzling
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Assemble the Salad
  1. On a serving platter, arrange the sliced tomatoes and peaches in an alternating pattern.
  2. Tear the burrata into pieces and place it among the tomatoes and peaches.
  3. Sprinkle the torn basil leaves over the top.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic reduction, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.
