  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives chopped
  • 1 tablespoon bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon paprika for sprinkling
  • 2 tablespoons chives for garnish

Method
 

  1. Hard-boil the eggs, then peel and slice them in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.

  4. Fold in chopped chives and crumbled bacon.
